We want to help you experience resolve and restore balance to your current, ongoing stressors. To help you acknowledge and define what self-care means to you, and to intentionally engage in it. To integrate mindfulness, the practice of slowing down and observing what rips you out of the moment. We are trained in mindfulness practices, and helping you tune in to what is happening physiologically, which keeps you from experiencing this present moment.

 

Past. Present. Future. 

We gently visit the past as unresolved material comes to the surface. This is the opportunity to process stuckness and untangle the knots. We are Certified EMDR therapists (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a specialized type of therapy helping to diffuse emotionally charged traumatic memories. Remember, “trauma” can be as significant as a devastating mass shooting, or a memory of being picked on in the 3rd grade - ultimately it’s about what has been emotionally disturbing to you.

 

You are not exiled from any part of you. 

This is where the term “holistic wellness” comes in - you’re not cut off from any part of you. We will help you create space to dream about and step into your ideal life. Often depression and anxiety symptoms can creep in when we forget who we are or in which direction we’re going. Let’s walk through the past and heal into the present.
